Shipping & Delivery Policy

Attendi, operated by Nexify Infotech LLP, is a cloud-based software service (SaaS). This policy is provided for completeness and for our payment partners.

1. Digital service — no physical shipping

Attendi does not sell or ship any physical goods. There are no shipping, delivery or handling charges, and no courier or postal delivery is involved.

2. How the service is delivered

Access to Attendi is delivered electronically: you use the service through the Attendi mobile apps (iOS and Android) and the web.
When you sign up, access to your account (on the free Basic plan) is available immediately.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, the corresponding features are activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed — typically within a few minutes.

3. Access issues & contact

If your plan features are not active after a successful payment, contact billing@attendi.in [PLACEHOLDER: support / billing email] or reach us via our contact page and we will resolve it promptly. Billing, cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
